Guest guest
Dear Pete, what I wish to explain is that if physically present masses, these should be investigated using western medical imaging techniques. Ecography as ultrasound diagnosis, could be done with the 2 methods abdominal (external) & transvaginal/intravaginal (internal). A physically present mass should be investigated by allopathic medical doctor as it could be a sign of benign or malignant change. The investigations would be done by a radiologist usually (even though this investigation uses sound & not x-rays). All points be covered before you start treatment, so you end up treating what you think you are treating & not ovarian cancer for example, which your px doesn't realise she has, & you 'cover' yourself by not missing anything. I had an useful help in writing these words; thanks again for the help. Thank you all again, (Gabriele in Italy is a male name!) -----Messaggio originale----- Da: Pete Theisen [petet] Inviato: giovedi 29 aprile 2004 22.09 A: Chinese Medicine Oggetto: Re: R: R: not sure about my diagnosis! Hi Gabriele! Are you palpating the inside of the vagina (which cannot be safely done in the US except by a gynecologist, and not even then - lawyers, you know), or using some instrument? Guest guest
Hi Gabriele! I understand you, do you understand me? If there is a mass today and it is gone tomorrow it does not need an expensive test. If the same mass was here two weeks ago, but not last week - it is a problem, but it is not malignant.
