Hi. About the " hard mass " (masses?) in the iliac fossa: was made an

ecographic control? Best as transvaginal ecography. Stagnation of QI, could

mean consequent stagnation of XUE, risulting as fibromas or cysts; if toxic

Heat is present (RE or TAN/RE), could be worse.

Hi Alpha!

I would start with liver qi stagnation, and toss in a few ashi points if

there were any. I always prescribe herbal pills as well, keeping some 400

varieties on hand. I use the new Fratkin book and select the pills in the

20 minutes while the patient is retaining the needles, basing my selection

in part on how the patient reacted to the needles.

Hi Gabriele!

I get the impression that the hard masses come and go and move from place

to place, that's why I said ashi points if there were any. I don't

understand you on " was made an ecographic control? Best as transvaginal

ecography. " Please explain that part. Thanks.
