Guest guest
Hi Pete, Actually, I had many serious conversations several years ago with one of my clinic instructors about being vegetarian, and how it is not good for you in terms of yin/yang. She had been a veg for 7 years, woke up one morning craving a steak-- ate the steak, and was sick for 4 days. However, she kept eating meat after that. I seriously considered starting to eat meat again at that time, but just couldn't do it. I'm not saying " never " , just not now. Hugo, you are funny! Enjoy your posts. Guest guest
Hi Diane! Cravings are dangerous, lead to eating too much. How big was the steak you have to wonder . . .
