I too find that the more meat I eat the better I feel. I wish it wasn't true, because in my heart I am a vegetarian. I try to buy cruelty-free meat. >> I have been a vegetarian (no animals, birds or fish) for over 25 years. I am strong and healthy, the diet suits my nature, it is not a diet for everyone. I would never reccommend that my patients eat as i do. I will however encourage them to eat 'real' foods --the stuff not found in boxes! Becoming a vegetarian is an organic process that should ideally happen from the inside out. It should not be an idea or concept that is forced upon an individual. But for some of us, it is the perfect diet. just my two cents robbee
