Powdered herbs

Can someone recommend an inexpensively priced company to order small amounts of

powdered herb or fresh crude herbs made into pill form? (My only experience is

purchasing patents.)

I need to purchase Xin Li Shu Kang Wan (Huang Qi, Han Fang Ji, Hong Hua, Dan

Shen and Ting Li Zi). It's for a patient with Congestive Heart Failure who can't

cook into a tea, so I need to give it in honey pill form.
