IMHO,,,, Winning over good will has nothing to do with what we could use at this point. We can engender tons of good will and still lose the battle. What is needed is non emotional, legal challenges based on law. We challenge legally on legal issues solely. The law is fairly precise and in such, if we make legal arguments, there is nor need for good will from anybody. IMHO, we must find where the legal boundaries of the FDA are and enforce those. If we find the boundaries are not to our liking,,,,, we must change them. If we would like to guarantee the right to choose, we enact legislation to ensure that. This is not an emotional battle. It is legal. This is not to say we don't want people to like us. Just that it is not a requirement, nor should we be focused on making people like us as in the end it won't make a bit of difference legally.
