If the attorney in the following information is the person working for the

AAOM- I would think a AAOM representative might come forth and acknowledge

or deny that this is correct information.

According to their web site.....

Mark Thoman is counsel to the Corporate Department in McDermott, Will &

Emery's New York office. He focuses his practice in general corporate law,

mergers

and acquisitions, and securities regulation. He was previously a partner

with the New York firm of Lord Day & Lord.

Mr. Thoman provides strategic counsel as well as advice on day-to-day

operating problems of various businesses, including the purchase and sale of

businesses; raising capital through private and public sale of equity and

debt

securities; securities law disclosure advice; Exchange Act reporting and

proxy

solicitation; foreign acquisitions and joint ventures; working with experts

in the

tax and antitrust fields; and managing major litigation. He also has

experience in shipping transactions, including the purchase and chartering

of vessels,

ship mortgage financing, and tax structures for foreign flag shipping

transactions.

Mr. Thoman is a member of the New York bar, the Association of the Bar of

the

City of New York, and the American Bar Association. He received his

bachelor's degree from Yale University in 1956 and his law degree from

Harvard Law

School in 1959.

globe.

McDermott, Will & Emeryâ?Ts Antitrust & Competition Practice Group has broad

experience in all aspects of antitrust and competition law. The Group has a

sophisticated practice in U.S. antitrust law (Federal and State), EC

60 firm lawyers focus their practices on antitrust and competition law;

approximately 8 of these lawyers concentrate on international competition

law. The

Antitrust and Competition Practice Group includes partners who have held

Hi Dr Martin,

Even though part of this post is informative, i feel it is un-

necessarily long, especially since it doesn't deal with TCM

directly. Could you please condense the band width for future posts.

Kind regards,

Attilio
