ACUDOC11 & nfc sent reply messages accidentally through the

Chinese Medicine group and for that we apologize.

Nothing in those 2 posts were meant for this group nor any of it's members at

this time.

As far as 'the injunction' goes.....when it's time to know...you all will

know until such time....there will be silence.

As to your (AAOM) attorney.....Mr. Molony why don't you tell this group

exactly who the attorney is, the name of the lawfirm he works for and who are

THE

primary clients of that lawfirm!

As to the depreciation of what one is doing.....it is the other way around...

many practitioners do not appreciate those who would put the profesion at

potential risk by certain behind the scenes activities.

A few might view certain productive activities of AOMNC as 'gripes' and

that's fine. Every warm body walking this planet is entitled to an opinion yet

some

suspect that to speak of gripes.... represents more like those with sour

grapes.

Keep doing what you are doing and we shall do the same.

Volunteers come in all shapes and sizes, with all styles and abilities. Some

need to gripe about what others are doing and have done to provide what they

feel is an enhancement to their own competency and ability, and maybe to get

others to believe and follow them. I am not saying that legal fights can not

be

useful, even to us who are not using them. However, I am saying that our

legal

representation, whom we respect, has asked us not to do so at this time. All

opinions on this matter are just that, opinions, until we get clarification

from the FDA, from whatever source be it stimulating or irritant.

While I respect all that everyone is doing, I do not respect when people feel

a need to depreciate what others are doing and have done, for whatever

reason.

The people who volunteer for the AAOM are working on this and are have a

focus to get the best possible outcome, which is one we feel is not only

possible,

but likely. There is nothing that says we can't work seperately towards the

same end, together.

nfc, please talk more about your injunction. Where it was filed,

docket numbers, etc.

David Molony

Vice President AAOM
