Susan, I searched Google for Corydalis yanhusuo seeds, but failed

to find a supplier.

Would Listers who know of suppliers of TCM herb-seeds

(guaranteed to be what they claim to be) please post to the List.

I found a few URLs for seeds of medicinal plants, but do not know if

the seeds are bona-fide:

www.mountaingardensherbs.com/products/seeds.pdf

(has 2 types of corydalis seeds, but not yanhusuo)

gardenbed.com/source/20/1966_lan.asp

(has something on yanhusuo plants)

have some medicinal plant seeds:

www.raingardens.com/seedpage/chinamed.htm

www.sandmountainherbs.com/

www.phuketherb.com/

Best regards,

Can anyone clarify this?

Using the Four Gates, bilateral LV 3 and LI 4, what type of

stimulation does one emply?

Tone both? Reduce both? Or just let the needles lie?

Also, does one do the conventional depth or the shallow Japanese one?

Will apreciate input.
