I'm just back from a refresher course on TCM/Herbal Med in Vienna.

Actually my brother wrote that post.

 

Yes, my borther is also a student of TCM, we're in the same year, as

is my wife. My mother, who posted a message yesterday, graduated

last year. So we have a whole family of Chinese doctors. You can

imagine my poor father gets its alot, everyone wanting to practice

on him!

 

I'll let my borther know you have posted a reply to his message.

Thanks to all those that replied to my post. The formula I was after

though was Bu Shen Qiang Du Tang, 'Tonify the Kidney and Strengthen

the Du Decoction'. Still none the wiser! It was being used alot for

cases of Ankylosing Spondylitis and may be just a prescription made

up by the hospital.

 

Anyone know of the herb Shen Jing Cao?
