introversion cured

I've had a health issue which has recently been recently solved. The therapy was

some sort of DIY qigong. I'd like to know whether this issue could have been

approached with standard CM methods (the acupuncturists I visited missed it,

they treated Spleen-def, yang-def).

The primary symptoms addressed by this healing were: introversion, weak voice

like if I had plum pit qi, feeling unsafe, fear.

Then last year I had the following interesting experiences:

- I needled my Tai Xi. Sometimes it was quite succesful: few hours later or on

the next day I felt myself safer, stronger body, stronger voice.

- I had a tetanus shot into my buttock. Next day I had similar experiences like

with Tai Xi. Stronger, lower voice was the most concrete change.

- I went to Shiatsu treatments. In half of the visits after the massage my

introversion mysteriously dissappeared. I was able to talk to strangers like

normal people. Effect lasted 1-2 days.

Then accidentally I discovered a more lasting cure. In the bed, before sleeping

I was experimenting with my lower back. I was directing qi from my kidneys down

towards Hui Yin and towards my buttock. Then suddenly it was like a dam burst: I

felt that qi was finally able to flow there. I also had strong palpitations down

there.

Now I'm using this trick during day, during walking or anytime I feel the effect

starts to vane. My introversion problems are gone and it's confirmed by other

people as well. Also my energy levels, mood, digestion are better.

It's not an easy trick to do. Sometimes I don't find the thing I need to

release. It's like moving your ear: the muscles may be there but you don't know

how to reach them.

Well, it was a long story. If any of you have comments to this, please tell me.

Was it Kidney or Zhi deficiency? Kidney/UB/Du/Ren channel or Ming Men blockage?

How could have this been detected by Four Examinations? Now I'm fine but there

must be other people with similar problems. It would be good to help them.

Hi, for me it seams that you had some kind of Gallbladder-Qi deficiency, meybe

from backround of kidneys not giving it Qi.

Timidity may be from weak Gallbladder-Qi. I am guessing the shot in the buttocks

affected the Gb-30 point.

Anyway, do not know this particular type of Qigong, but it looks like swinging

the arms, which I think is recommended as a self cure. Qigong should strengthen

the Qi so it may be good for any cause of inbalance.
