Guest guest
Hi, does anyone know some good points to treat above conditions and if so, could you please provide details on locating the points (I am new to this, I am trying to learn). Thank you.
Guest guest
You're not thinking about needling yourself, are you? You can puncture a lung if you're poking your own shoulders or upper back. Next, any of the locations that are local to the pain are good for massage or acupressure. GB21, SI 11, GB 20. As for the Achilles tendon, same rules apply, if it hurts when you add pressure, that's a acupuncture point. Either side of the tendon at Kidney 3 or UB 62. I like UB 57 for this too. I think there's an extra point right on it too. Roughly in between Kidney 3 and UB 62.
