Guest guest
Jane, Often as we use the computer, and generally live our lives, we tense our neck/shoulders/arms repeatedly. I teach my clients gentle stretches to ease the tightness/ache/pain/tingle/numbness that arises. I highly recommend the book Conquering Carpal Tunnel Syndrome by Sharon Butler. It's great for most arm/neck/shoulder/hand discomfort (not just Carpal Tunnel) and you can do the stretches on your own any time. I rarely proselytize, but I've seen and experienced great healing using this technique. Good luck, Gillian Gillian Powers Licensed Acupuncturist 301-565-4924 x328 www.PowersAcupuncture.com www.CrossingsHealing.com
