Guest guest
When I am working on the keyboard that my fingers and hands are in use, i very soon feel slight pain and a very uncomfortable feeling that starts from my hands all the way to my arms and to the shoulder blade. When i try to massage it, it provides very minimal releif but still there. This is what I suffer from everyday. jane --- On Sat, 11/7/09, Mercurius Trismegistus <magisterium_magnum wrote: Mercurius Trismegistus <magisterium_magnum Re: [Chinese Traditional Medicine] Anyone familiar with this? Guest guest
Could be ulnar nerve entrapment. Similar to carpal tunnel syndrome, only on the other side. Does it go all the way up to your neck? Acupuncture likely could treat this. The best thing would be to give your arms and hands a rest. - " leannejane layagan " <mslayagan <Chinese Traditional Medicine > Saturday, November 07, 2009 3:18 AM Re: [Chinese Traditional Medicine] Anyone familiar with this? You might want to take a look at: http://www.cdc.gov/od/ohs/Ergonomics/compergo.htm I've had similar issues since I was moved to a new desk at work, having our Ergonomics expert evaluate my workstation was a HUGE relief. Good luck!
