overcoming a floaters

My eyesight was excellent (all of the 20 years of my being) and I had

absolutely none problems with it. Half a year ago after huge tensions

at work (10 hours at PC every day @ 2-3 months) I got floaters

Moreover it came with constant pain and " flashers " into eyes.

I went many ophthalmologists and they said my eyes are pretty ok, but

they have absolutely no idea how to deal with the floaters as a modern

traditional medicine in a whole. Im suffering from it deeply and

seriously need a cure.

I know that some people made it significantly better and someone even

fully recovered from it, so it is not irreversible as modern medicine

suppose.

I decreased eyepain using yoga, and flashes decreased a little too.

I don't have any retinal detachment problems and my eyesight is

perfect, but the floaters..

So, besides attending daily classes of yoga, I believe that eyes needs

advanced, their own-focused therapy and i was told that chinese

medicine has good experience curing the floaters.

So i need any advices according to resolving floaters problem.

Any remedies, advices are wellcome.

(or maybe even a good clinic in China which can do it. (I live in

Russia but i beleive that visiting China is the best way to avoid fake

centers).

P.S. I know there was one thread about eye-related problem with

floaters (but at that topic only retinal detachment was mentioned).

Thx in advance.

Retinal detachment and floaters have some similarities, but given the fact

that you're young and was stressed at work when the problem arose makes me

think of this as an " excess " problem rather than the usual " deficiency. "

The stress component is going to affect the Liver which " opens to the eyes " .

So, you'll likely need something to remove Liver heat, or something along

those lines.

You might try some Chinese herbal formulas. But I don't know that I want to

give you any names as I'm not sure which you need.

Sorry for the lacklaster answer, but at least I can say you should respond

quickly.

Pain is inevitable, suffering is optional.

Yes, i was stressed with that work, and hated the routine. I left it

half a year ago to avoid overstrain of my eyes first of all, and my

being near PC was strongly decreased (2 hours per day) 3 month ago.

The way i feel is better now indeed, but it doesn't affected on

floaters in any way. The floaters is the only stress factor now, i

beleive.

Just say if i need to give any additional information from myself.

Thank you for response.
