Hi,

I would like to learn more about the Traditional

Spleen Damp and Cold diet.

I would like to know what foods are allowed on this diet and which are

not. Also, is there a good reference website for this topic?

I am new to the group.

Thank you to all for any answers!

Hi can you explain a little bit more?

Is there a diet called " Spleen Damp and Cold " ?

In TCM, Spleen doue not like Damp, Damp hurts the Spleen. And Cold

damage the Spleen Qi, Which results in Damp since one of the Spleens

function is to transform and transport, if this function is damaged,

Damp can not be transported out properly and you get retention of Damp.
