Guest guest
I had to do breathing exercises after having pneumonia. They are quite advantageous. Also - though it is a list - I will mention anyway - stay away from dairy.... clogs the mucous. My acupuncture doctor advised on this some time back. Also - foods that raise your body/blood acid are good to stay away from - red meats, yeast, chocolate, refined sugar - you know the drill i imagine Good luck Lexi miracles28 <tymothys wrote: Have you tried doing breathing exercises? Those oft help esp first thing in the morning. Also, eating your food (and drink) without distraction, in a relaxing environment and without talking is helpful as well. Lastly, try not to breath while you are swallowing, but rather blow out the air just before, that helps as well. Tymothy Smith, L.Ac. Be a better friend, newshound, and know-it-all with Mobile.
