Castor oil packs, was Spinal Stenosis

I use castor oil packs for just about everything, they are the most

amazing medicine i have yet found.

For inflammation, she can simply apply the wrap without a heating

element, and sleep with the pack on, in the morning just have her use

a light bicarbonate with warm water to wash it off, this is important

as well as it has an alkalizing (Yin) effect on the tissues.

Inflammation is an acidic (Yang) activity.
