Guest guest
Wow, Al. I looked at your 2 sites, gancao.net & beyondwellbeing.com, & both are packed with good info. Thanks for doing this. I'm not trying to self-diagnose but you provide good info to help me understand better what is when I'm given a diagnose & what it all means. Is there anything that you've included in these 2 sites that talk about food as medicine the way it's used in TCM? Or am I missing it? If there isn't, I'd like to suggest some discussion on food & its preparation in maintaining health as TCM sees it. I know the idea of a healthy diet from a Western viewpoint is different than from TCM's view.In Western medicine, a food that's healthy & nutritious is suitable for all, whereas in TCM certain 'healthy' foods can be detrimental to some people. Hope it's okay to offer a suggestion about this? kind regards, Judy
