Guest guest
Hi, I'm a male of 32 studying TCM with varicose veins on the legs and now showing up on the arms, last ones subtlety though. I belive it's the lack of Qi in the Spleen that causes so. Here, in Barcelona-Spain, we don't have places to buy herbs. We also have a group of MTC but, with very very few people. My questions. I would like to know a shiping chinese herbs company, so i can buy from them. If there are more than one, I will be glad to look all the possibilities. I would like to hear your suggestions of how to treat Spleen Qi deficiency. Of course, in general and in terms of acupunture. I would like to know traditional (already) made fomulas to treat the Spleen - the stasis of blood. The varices are like small snakes, with no color (meaning no blue or red or any other color, in very small parts a bit dark) like the ones that appear when you do a lot of excercise or when you keep the breath. I'm 177 cm tall and 63 Kg. weight. Tongue with yellow whitish cape. I beliee this means humidity. Thank you!!
Guest guest
Hi. For a company that ship herbs in Europe you may try the swedish company, http://www.tcmproductsnorden.se/index_4.htm , they ship in Europe. Could you specify the tongue? Yellow can also indicate heat, is the coating thick or thin. It depends on what other symptoms you may have. Are you tired? have lassitude? Lack of energy, then this indicate qi-deficiency. Also the defecation can show more spllen signs. Specially diarrea, undigested food. Does it smell bad? (= heat). Points for lack of spleen-qi can be Stomach-36 and Spleen 3. If you have damp, you may add Spleen 9. Also you can considder what you eat. Some food can give damp. Maybe you can add something that nurture Qi and spleen. Rice is good for the spleen in general, but to much sweet stuff damage the spleen. Guest guest
Hello. Thanks for the tip. the tongue? I would say white, and a bit yellow. The coating is thick. For sure my head is more red than the neck. Tired? not specially. I sleep btn 7-8 h. Lassitude, yes, sometimes, sometimes food not digested completely. Yes, sometimes it smells bad. But this is subjective bc I have no other crap to compare to. One week ago I sttoped to eat sweet things in general. I know that for the Liver, raw stuff veg. etc, is good. For the Kidneys, azuki and mung beans. And for the Spleen? meat? I have some herbs in home but I'm not sure of how to combine them. Any link on the net about this? Thank you! pejo_mstd <pejo_mstd escribió: Hi. For a company that ship herbs in Europe you may try the swedish company, http://www.tcmproductsnorden.se/index_4.htm , they ship in Europe.
