Guest guest
I was wondering if anyone knows, or could point me in the direction, what kind of energy does the fruit part of the mango have? Like what meridian do they have an affinity for, or are they cold, sweet or bitter for example? What kinds of conditions are they good for, ect? Thanks =)

Guest guest
Thank you very much both of you =) I actually have that book sitting on the shelf. I remember now that you mention it that it had a good food list in it and explinations of TCM properties. That's great info =) Thanks for the reminder about the book!
