I need a special favor (What you can do if not level 2)

Yes, you do need to be level 2 to give thumbs up or down. However you can post messages. Plus, there is another question where they have taken numerous shots and insults and even crowed about the consensus being against me - quite prematurely as it turned out because the consensus turned against them and then the question went to the voters before they could recruit more thumbs. If I get picked as the best answer it will be a huge plate of crow they will be served. And you CAN vote as level 1.
