Guest guest
Debbie, I'm not sure about the relationship between post nasal drip and breath. I'd want to rule out some sub-clinical infection with regard to the latter. If I read correctly, you've had post-nasal drip before w/o any affect on your breath, so it seems that there must be some new factor at work this time. Regarding post nasal drip, I have been wondering myself whether there is anything which could be used in combination with a saline solution (intranasally) to clear it up. I've seen a product which has eucalyptus and menthol (I assume in very small amounts)in saline solution which is marketed for that purpose. I'd also be interested to hear of other's suggestions. Guest guest
Nope, it is definitely the post nasal drip, b/c I do not actually have bad breath, it is not in my mouth, if that make any sense. It is only when the PND is draining and I breath out of my mouth pretty hard that you can smell it. I have been using a neti pot with colloidal silver and probiotics in the saline solution, and if I am faithful to it, I do notice a difference, although I haven't been able to get things back to perfect. Guest guest
I believe I read a message somewhere that Sutherlandia OPC can be used for controling PND. Has anyone experience of this and what would be the dosage?
Guest guest
What will help post nasal drip and prevent sinus infections is colloidal silver. You can spray it into your nostrils or even use it as nose drops. If you don't have colloidal silver on hand, you can get it from Utopia Silver and don't forget to use coupon code LR001 to receive a 15% discount if it is not on sale. Also, make sure to drink plenty of water to make sure that the mucus doesn't accumulate and stagnate. Another remedy is to keep your head elevated above your body so the mucus drains from your nose and throat. See if you can sleep in an elevated position. Propping up pillows is sometimes uncomfortable. What you may want to do is to place blocks under the legs of the headboard. My Best,

Guest guest
Hi bobbi,Full strength, a couple of drops in each nostril several times a day. Actually, colloidal silver has a very long shelf life, and to be conservative, I will say at least a year. I just keep a bottle on my kitchen counter for easy access. As long as you keep it away from direct sunlight and do not refrigerate it, you are okay. If colloidal silver gets cold, the silver particles clump together and drop to the bottom of the bottle.Hugs,
Guest guest
Then would not shipping it in cold weather present the same issue, since it would undoubtably get cold along the way? Guest guest
You know Judy...... I don't know if Utopia Silver takes any extra precautions during the winter months (that spurs me to examine the next delivery closer), but we have never had an instance where we had a shipment ruined in cold weather.
