Can you allow yourself to be open to the possibility of love in the future? Love is always

there, we can't always find it. Allow yourself time to NOT grieve, even if it's just a few

minutes in a day. Gradually, the time you are not grieving will become longer and

longer.

 

On another list, a woman began a new group specifically for people who've lost

loved ones. I can get the link if you'd like.
