Guest guest
See inserts below: I agree its about respect, I am aware this is not a religous site but in fairness, it was somebody wishing us a Happy New Year, it doesn't need to be made an issue of. As I respect your beliefs, I think maybe you should respect theirs. Attilio: It's about respecting the role of this forum which is to discuss Chinese medicine only. The religious beliefs of members are not the concern of this forum as they do not involve Chinese medicine. It's the same for political or economic issues which are not related to Chinese medicine. Its not like these wishes come in every day. Attilio: Actually it would. If we allowed Christian messages then we would have to allow other religions as well. For example, the Catholic religion has a saint for everyday. Do you want to post a message everyday celebrating the day's saint? I don't think so, so why is Christmas any different? Just because this group is run by westerns doesn't mean its a Christian group or allows Christian messages. I'm actually more closer to Daoism and Paganism but don't allow that either. Is it not nice to be nice........ However there is an old Irish saying, when in a Pub, never talk about, Religion, Politics or Ex-Partners....... Attilio: Pointless statements which mean nothing to this argument. Guest guest
Attilio, You need to calm your liver qi down. Quick getting your underwear all in a bunch. For goodness sakes if someone wants to wish everyone a Happy new year or a blessed holiday so what. Get over it. If you don't like it don't read it. Stop acting like a child that didn't get his way. There are ideas that have been posted in here that I don't believe in and just delete it and so can you. Guest guest
Attilio Reading this garble..... it never ceases to amaze... that people would rather make up their own rules if they don't like the ones already in place. This group was formed by you and your vision. If members don't wish to follow the etiquette as they have existed from inception....then they should DELETE themselves OUT of the group instead of issuing their demands and insults to you. Be wary of the person who protests to much! Richard In a message dated 01/05/06 11:34:48 A.M. Eastern Standard Time, DrSpohn writes: Attilio, You need to calm your liver qi down. Guest guest
Listen, everyone just drop the New Year conversation now. Anyone else who posts a message about it after I send this one, will be unsubbed from the list. Let's keep the discussion on this list professional in nature. We are under barrage from the western medical world for not being professional and scientific enough, this sort of bickering only lends greater credibility to these accusations. Okay now, I want everyone to settle down, and from now on the discussions on this list must be kept to a professional nature. - Mark List Owner

Guest guest
Hello; I've been reading these emails with some interest. I'm so sorry so many (including myself) are suffering so. I wonder if any of you are in the So Fla (Broward or Palm Beach)? That's where I am currently and, to tell you the truth, I'm very nervous about concocting an oleander soup, especially for the first time. I have hepatitis C and a horrific allergy to mold. Thanks.
