Guest guest Posted December 21, 2009 Report Share Posted December 21, 2009 Selenium - 100 mcg in each raw, unsalted Brazil nut - two nuts a day will do ya just fine madnesium- a cup of cooked brown rice or 1/2 dozen rae unsalted almonds or one avocado or a cup of raw spinach in your salad or a cuppa cooked lentils or a nice tomato sauce (made fresh, of course) will give you all the daily madnesium you require, according to the FDA. A salt bath (try himalayan salts if you can afford them) will whisk achies, pains, and bad moods away. Salt acts like a sponge on toxins. You cannot use table salt or any processed salt for this to happen. Himalayan salt & Redmunds salt (from Utah) are the least processed salts of which I know. Each salt mentioned contains good minerals which are absorbed thru your skin. I am further convinced that 30% of diabetic patients could get rid of their condition by removing processed salt and corn syrup from their diets. Further, I am convinced that 90% of diabetics could rid themselves of their condition by switching to a strict raw food preparation for as little as 45 days. Cheers.
