I returned for a little while to get a few things accomplished, so I will reply to your inquiry.Unfortunately, there is nothing she can do to save the colloidal silver. My suggestion would be to call Utopia Silver in the morning and explain what happened. She should let them know that she is a new customer and just didn't realize this would happen.
