Guest guest Posted December 17, 2009 Report Share Posted December 17, 2009 Hi Bobbi and everyone,I agree, this is a great time of year to step up the community work, isn't it? My dh works at an adult school where most of the students come from difficult circumstances. This year has been particularly hard on families who are on some form of gov't assistance so a couple of teachers and many students went crazy and fundraised to provide toys and food for those at their school who are in need. My hubbie said he couldn't believe how jazzed the students were just to divide up the spoils and wrap presents knowing their fellow classmates would be presented with them on Friday.
