Guest guest
Hello Everyone I am having out of town guest for the Holiday so probably will not have the opportunity to tune in to see what is happening with the group..... I am missing my mother as this was her favorite season. But I am thankful that she lived a long life and enjoyed many good holidays. I wish you all a very "Joyful Holiday Season" and continue to keep you and your loved ones in my prayers. I find this a good time of year to reach out to others and this year I am working with the "toys for tots" program...nothing quite like seeing a child smile anytime of the year, but especially at Christmas. love & blessings bobbi henderson

Guest guest
Seasons greetings to you too and I miss my Mom too!!! I loved the holidays and she was always with us and loved to eat all my goodies. We will always remember them such good memories! Yes a child's smile at X-Mas is wonderful and we had a Santa's Angel adopt all my grandkids so I know at least mine will smile, she even threw a few things in for my handicapped daughter which was so nice of her. We don't have much but do have each other. Guest guest
Bobbi,God bless you this holiday season and all seasons. you have a kind heart. Yes, there is nothing as special as a smile on a child's face. My little 4 year old granddaughter (who lives with me) was having a party in her preschool for parents. The kids were serving the parents. It was just cookies, and sweets, punch etc. I arrived with a co-worker whose child is in the came class a few minutes late as we had to leave work. When we walked in the other parents were all seated at these little tables and the kids were serving them and my little Kayla was standing by the teacher with my co-workers child with nothing to do, sorta lost. When she looked up and saw me I will never forget the big smile on her face. Her eyes lit up like a Christmas tree. I am so glad I didn't miss that party. She ran over to me and gave me my seat, and proceeded to 'serve me'. Actually, I think it was around Thanksgiving. I will never forget. It is so important for a child to smile.Blessings to you and your family this Christmas season.Barbara N Germany--- On Thu, 12/17/09, bobbi henderson <bobbi10 wrote:bobbi henderson <bobbi10 Seasons Greetingsoleander soup Date: Thursday, December 17, 2009, 9:53 AM Hello Everyone I am having out of town guest for the Holiday so probably will not have the opportunity to tune in to see what is happening with the group..... Guest guest
Hi Bobbi, Season's Greetings to you too. Been watching your posts and there is a touch of kindness in them always. You are so kind to take time to bring cheers to the kids. All these reflect the good upbringing your Mom had given you, and which you keep alive. No wonder you miss her so much. All the best to you.
