I'll stay out of Ameica until O is out, but lets get back to medical issues and leave the politics to the voting booths. Vote the bastards out of office: ALL of them!!! that does something. Talk is cheap. I have been reading a book about Magnesium, The Magnesius Miracle I think is the name of it. I have never taken Magnesium, although I know now that my body needs it. Probably the reason I have insominia every night. I understand and could be wrong, but can't one get magnesium form brazil nuts, and if one orders and gets organic ones would that not suffice or does one stilll need to take the supplements? I have also been excessively tired lately, and nothing different in my schedule. Hubby is home (from the war zone after 17 months) and that really has lightened my load, but I feel weak and like you could knock me over with a feather, then I will perk up. Not real energetic though. I do not always feel this way, but lately have. Any suggestions for energy? Everyone have a great day or night where you are, but my morning has just started here in Germany. and it is 10:30 pM in California. I am so excited my baby girl, Susan (who is graduating from college in May) will be here in one week for Christmas. We got the tree up after my hubby cut the top off and put it back on not sure how he did that. We went looking for trees and they had the ugliest trees I have ever seen. We went to four places and all the trees were bare at the top, so Ted cut the top off and it looked worse, so he put it back on...go figure, and this morning it was lying on the floor. LOL It's ok, we will have a great Christmas, celebrating the birth of our Lord with family and good friends. Speaking of friends has anyone heard from Oliver? I do hope he has a great christmas. And Olvier if you read this, we are all still thinking about you and praying for you and wish you the best Christmas ever. If you have been vaccinated you have heavy metals in your body and the mercury will affect the neurons in the brain. My husband had Parkinsons disease (the doctors called it Parkinsonism because it was not inherited), it was the result of vaccinations, an allegy injection at least once a year and the barrage of injections that the military forces on people. He was off the charts in mercury and cadmium both deadly. The mercury passes through the blood brain barrier and affects the brain tissue directly. One of the early symptoms was extreme tiredness where he started taking a nap every afternoon as soon as he got home from work. I might suggest a liver cleanse and possibly chelation therapy to remove any plaque in the ateries and heavy metals from the body. Metal fillings in teeth are loaded with mercury too... they should be removed. Also check out your area for chemtrails... if your area is being sprayed there are toxic substances that induce fatigue in the witches brew they are spraying over many skies in our country. And as for " Hussain Obama " .. the devotees will continue to worship at the " Messiah's feet " ... they believe what they want to believe until they can no longer believe it. That time is coming.. when everybody is going to get their eyes open like helpless kittens.. and then the damage will be completed and it will be too late to " see " the facts. I think the " Tea Party " folks mean the best.. they see the country dying and they want to infuse it with blood to save it, but they are milling about in circles... they think that marching and demonstrating will somehow make the politicians 'listen up'.. my opinion is that the politicians have been sneering at us " holi-poli useless eaters " for a long long time, and they are arrogant and quite sure that what " the people " think and feel is NOT important. They have control, and great wealth, and power... we are dirt under their feet. And to anyone who wants to disagree.. watch them,(including Hussain Obama and his wife) and observe their lifestyles.. while the elderly eat cat food if they are lucky.
