Guest guest
Barbara - Chop up garlic in a small amount of olive oil and then strain the oil through a cloth so you don't get pieces of garlic in it, then put drops of this garlic oil in your ear. Garlic oil is great for inflammation in the ear. I use colloidal silver with a couple pinches of good salt in my neti pot too which is great for sinuses. I find it easier to blend the colloidal silver with an essential oil in the ear so maybe you could blend it with the garlic oil? Just a thought! cathy oleander soup , " M " <luellamay129 wrote: > > Barbara, > > Bless your heart. If you are still having sinus problems spray the > colloidal silver in your nose. Guest guest
Yes, 15 minutes after you shopped the garlic and has released the medicinal properties, you must consume it. Hugs Mary - rleeh2001 oleander soup Tuesday, December 01, 2009 10:59 AM Re: sinus infection I have heard that you must use garlic within the first 15 minutes or it is totally useless. Guest guest
Sea vegetables (kelp) are an excellent source of iodine. See: http://www.whfoods.com/genpage.php?tname=foodspice & dbid=135#nutritionalprofile However, though they can deliver more than the RDA in typical servings of 1/4 cup, the RDA for iodine is quite low (only 150 mcg), as it typically is for most items. The optimum amount of iodine a woman should take to get full health benefits and help ward off breast cancer should be much higher in my opinion - more in the range of a full gram of iodine. The therapeutic amount a woman should take to combat existing breast cancer should in my opinion be much higher still. Women who get plenty of iodine and Vitamin D3 and who eat a healthy diet and otherwise address proper nutrition, as well as live a healthy lifestyle, are unlikely to develop breast cancer. In general, women or men who do the same are unlikely to develop any kind of cancer - particularly if you also regularly take a small preventive dose of oleander (say one capsule or dose of the herbal extract every other day). In general, women or men who do the same are unlikely to develop any kind of cancer - particularly if you also regularly take a small preventive dose of oleander (say one capsule or dose of the herbal extract every other day). All the best, oleander soup , barbara elenniss <bntelenniss wrote:>> > > Susan,,> > I am not sure where you get these sea veggies, but I hear a lot about them and also about iodine dficiencies. It has health qualities. However common sense must be the main consideration when using any food, herb, or supplement. Always start slowly and in small quanties. Garlic needs to sit for at least 15 minutes after chopping, grading, etc. to receive the full benefits it can give. As for the iodine issue why not get some sea vegetables such as nori, wakamii or or any others.> > Sincerely,> > Cypriano> > > > oleander soup > bntelenniss Mon, 30 Nov 2009 09:47:23 -0800> Re: sinus infection> > > > > > > > > > > Shara,> > Thanks,> > I don't have any kind of Iodine, but I have garlic. Also, chewing raw garlic (if you can't chew it, do what I do....swallow chunks of cut garlic!). Raw garlic took care of an abscessed tooth for my husband. It got the swelling and infection down in 2 days, AND he's not had any trouble with the tooth since...this was over a year ago. > > Bless your heart and get well soon.> Shara> > > > > > > barbara elenniss <bntelenniss@ >> oleander soup> Sun, Nov 29, 2009 11:18 pm> sinus infection> > > > > > > > > > > > > > Hi All,> > I did oil pulling which helped a lot with the sinus', now it is just the earache.
