Guest guest
[naturalnews.com] NaturalNews Tip of the day (from Mike): Building a new house or adding to your existing one? Beware of the toxic chemicals outgassed from building materials, including wood stains, carpet glues, wall paints, particle board furniture, silicone sealants and more. Following any major construction, air out your house for at least 72 hours before stepping foot in it, and even then, flush your air every 3-4 days to bring in fresh, new air. Although this may not seem energy efficient, it's only temporary to get the bulk of the outgassing chemicals away from your lungs. In the mean time, bring in lots of house plants, as they serve as natural air filtration units.
