Question about Hawthorne Berry Syrup

I have been following the posts about HBSyrup and have a question. My husband

occasionally wakes up in the middle of the night w/ a racing heart and he can't

go back to sleep bc of it. He doesn't really suffer from panic attacks. This

racing heart thing happens every now and again and I think it is probably

related to stress. He's had this problem for years and he has had all kinds of

tests and all is normal.

My question is: how does the HBSyrup actually work and what is the dosage

protocol? Is it to be taken all the time to lessen panic/anxiety? Or can we

take it at the time of his racing heart problem to make it go away? I bought a

bottle but don't especially want to give it to him all the time (in addition to

all the other stuff we take) to help w/ a problem he only experiences a few

times a year.

Any suggestions?

Thanks, Marcia

Does he drink coffee? Tea? Soda? Eat a lot of chocolate? These are all filled with caffeine and can easily cause racing hearts.
