Does CS lose potency?

I have some CS I bought from Utopia over a year ago and have been using it on a

sinus infection with no results. Does it lose potency over time? It still looks

the same, sort of amber colored.

 

I also have made a Godzilla zapper and was able to use that to keep my sinus

infection from going down into my lungs (two giant pads - chest and back) which

worked quickly but smaller pads over sinuses and all my other good supplements

are not working.
