Yet, when properly made into an extract, it becomes a marvelous healer, being over 90% effective against cancer and 100% effective against HIV/Aids. It also strengthens the immune system and can be used in healing many other conditions.There are several ways to go in obtaining Oleander. One is to make the "soup" oneself. However, I must emphasize that when going this route one must be absolutely certain that the plant being used has not been sprayed with any pesticides. Here is the recipe for "Oleander Soup."/oleander soup.htm Otherwise, you can purchase it from two sources. From http://www.sutherlandiaopc.com you get Sutherlandia OPC, the ingredients of which are Oleander and Sutherlandia Frutescens (a plant native to South Africa used in healing many conditions). The second avenue is from Utopia Silver . The product that they have is Rose Laurel OPC Plus . This product differs from Sutherlandia OPC only in that it contains 100% Oleander. Although both products are effective in addressing cancer, Rose Laurel OPC Plus may be more effective because of the extra amount of Oleander that it contains. Not only that, but for US residents, the shipping time is reduced. Utopia Silver is based in Texas, while Sutherlandia OPC hails from South Africa, making the delivery time roughly around 12 days.
