Hello, Tony,

I was poking around in BYinL and read the article on magnesium, and supplements.

Is there any problem with supplementing with Milk of Magnesia (magnesium

hydroxide) to just below the level where it causes diarrhea, perhaps a tbsp in a

small glass of milk or the morning Budwig FOCC?
