Hi Eva,

I totally agree with you. However at the moment I am eating very little as I

feel constantly full but again this could be down to my constipation problems.

As this is the case I would say I am eating about 20% and no where near 80%

full. I am taking digestive enzymes both with and without meals but this is an

area I am still not sure I am doing correctly.

Thanks so much for your advice. Maybe I have found the reason as to why nothing

seems to be working.

Thanks again

MM

fact that your numbers are skyrocketing.  I hope you are eating the cancer

diet.  Follow the 80/20 rule.  Only eat until you are 80% full so you have room

for digestion.  Make sure you have digestive enzymes.  Especially due to colon

cancer your digestion would be seriously impaired. Also make sure you put veges

on 80% of your plate and use the remaining 20% for an acceptable grain like

quinoa, buckwheat, millet or amaranth (soaked for at least 8 hours).  Excessive

protein will constipate more.  You may need to cook/steam your veges, because

right now you probably are not taking in many minerals from digestion.  Anyone

who has cancer also has candida.  I would look at eliminating this, as this will

help with constipation.  Whilst fruit is a good thing, it will feed the candida

and cancer cells.  An excellent book to read is Body Ecology by Donna Gates.  It

will help

> get rid of candida and slowly bring your digestion back to where it should

be.  Psyllium Husks are a great way to get fibre in your diet, but you need to

drink a lot of water with it otherwise it can constipate you even more.  Don't

use Metamucil unless you want to feed your cancer, too. A very quick fix is a

herbal laxative like Hilde Hemme's laxative tea.  But that should only be used

to get you going initially, not as a solution at all!!!

effectively into the colon.  That is a huge concern. I hope you are able to do

whatever it takes to get your bowels moving regularly so you body can begin

cleansing.  No Rife Machine or Anti-cancer protocol has much of a chance in a

toxic, bound up environment.

I agree with you Mary as I do all of this as well. Although not usually at once. I learned it off my parents - I just stopped doing it because I knew I knew better ;-) And then I just got back to basics...If you can bring yourself to do them MM, after a bit of adjusting, you will probably find coffee enemas to be a life saver!! I swear by them and now I am well enough to sort out the reasons I got cancer in the first place. Blessings to you both,Eva.--- On Fri, 10/16/09, Maria <mary1kon wrote:Maria <mary1konRe: Looking for some info...oleander soup Date: Friday, October 16,

Hi MM.

Prune juice or 6 dry prune fruits every day will hellp, 6 dry figs a day, or cut the figs and put them in warm water overnight, and in the morning you eat the fruits and drink the water will also help.

1-Tablespoon flax seeds grind in a coffee grinder and put in water overnight, in the morning you drink the lot down will help.

Plus Psyllium husks will help too, put 1 tablespoon husks in water for 10 minutes and drink it down, it will apear to be jelly like but dont let that buther you. You also must drink a lot f water.

Olive oil 1 tablespoon twice daily helps, and dont forget the coffee enema, or olive oil enema.

I hope one of this methods will help your problem MM.

Hugs Mary
