Guest guest
The reason to do your colon first, if it is clogged then how is everything else going to pass. So get the colon moving you want to get to the point of pooping 2 to 3 times a day, once you mastered that go to the liver and do a liver flush then you kidneys. Hope this helps. Guest guest
Yes, colon/intestinal cleanse first, then liver/gallbladder, then kidney/bladder. That is the normal sequence. love Lisa - Kim herbal remedies Sunday, December 04, 2005 6:49 PM Herbal Remedies - Where to start Hello all. Guest guest
The place to start is A Natural Anti-Cancer Protocol . It not only includes a "roadmap" to overhaul your complete lifestyle but directs you to supplements that both address cancer and strengthen the immune system. The primary supplement is Sutherlandia OPC. The ingredients are Oleander and Sutherlandia Frutescens (a plant native to South Africa used for healing many conditions). This supplement works directly on cancer while strengthening the immune system, and has been shown to be over 90% effective against all types of cancers. I do want to point out, however, that a new product has come on the market by the name of Rose Laurel OPC Plus which contains 33% more oleander which may be even more effective. Although it is manufactured by the same company that makes Sutherlandia OPC, right now it is only available at Utopia Silver . This is not at all to discount the other supplements suggested in the protocol. It includes other cancer fighting and immune strengthening supplements and they compliment the use of Oleander. Again, the diet and lifestyle recommendations are just as important. Addressing cancer requires addressing one's entire lifestyle, while taking the proper supplements. My very best, oleander soup , "plekhanov" <edwinplekhanov wrote:>> My was surgery of BC stage 3 and it as spread on the leg ,liver and ribs.> No Chemo no Radiation only operation Radical Modify Mastectomy since last Jan.She have been in BP but not seriously.> Please need advice on where to start .> Thanks>
