Guest guest
Hi, i was wondering what are some of the ways, or best ways to consumme black seed oil? Is it better to take on its own? During, after a meal? (i know 3 spoon is recommended per day, but how) Put in a drink so its less unpleasant and go down easier? And are there tips/recommendations for people who have pancreatic cancer? For example, in the budwig diet, it is recommended for people with pancreatic cancer to start with a very small dose of flax seed oil and augment slowly. Also, in the budwig diet, the oil is easier consummed as it is mixed with the cottage cheese, for example. So what is recommended with black seed oil? As usual, thanks for any insight/info/recommendations cheers Olivier
