recommended ways to consumme black seed oil?

Hi,

i was wondering what are some of the ways, or best ways

to consumme black seed oil?

Is it better to take on its own?

During, after a meal?

(i know 3 spoon is recommended per day, but how)

Put in a drink so its less unpleasant and go down easier?

And are there tips/recommendations for people

who have pancreatic cancer?

For example, in the budwig diet, it is recommended

for people with pancreatic cancer to start with a very

small dose of flax seed oil and augment slowly.

Also, in the budwig diet, the oil is easier consummed as it is

mixed with the cottage cheese, for example.

So what is recommended with black seed oil?

As usual, thanks for any insight/info/recommendations

cheers

Olivier

Mary,

I sit here and read hundreds of e mails from our wonderful group.

Sometimes I throw in a few bits of knowledge myself.

I want to compliment you on your super knowledge and giving to the group!

Hi Bob.

Yes Indian stores or Asian stores may have the oil.

I make my own oil, it may not be as good as the one you buy or maybe it is as good i dont know, but if you want try doing it like i do.

Black seed oil.

Buy the the black seeds from Indian or Asian store.

gring 2 cups black seeds in a coffee grader ..

Warm up 3 cups olive oil, dont boil the oil just very hot, add the crushed seeds in the oil and when the oil is cool put the lot in a jar with plastic lid, keep the jar in a sunny place for 1 month, shaking the jar periodically, in the and you strain the oil and use.

DOSE 1 teaspoon after meals 3 times daily

Good luck Hugs Mary

Mary,

Thanks for the " recipe " on black seed oil.

I just got my order of Black Seed and Oil a few days ago from

www.mountainroseHerbs.com. Call them, they don't have it in their webpage or

catalogue. They have the good kind too, from Egypt. Use Tony's code to get

discount. I don't know what it is though.

Hi Oli.

I understand what you mean, people help me when i needd help so the least i can do, is help others if i can. And dont forget Oli it takes time to learn and get to a routine to the point that you know what you are doing, but you are doing the best you can do for your mum and thats what counts.

Take care and just let us know what else we can help you with.
