You might wish to try some of the same things I recommend to cancer patients to help combat weight loss/cachexia:

N-Acetyl Cysteine (NAC), can help prevent cachexia and is considered an essential complimentary supplement to oleander in general. Other items that may may help combat cachexia are coconut oil and especially Garden of Life's Primal Defense, a natural blend of 12 species of probiotics and Homeostatic Soil Organisms (HSOs). It helps support normal gastrointestinal balance of good and potentially harmful bacteria, and maximizes the benefits of a healthy diet by supporting normal absorption and assimilation of nutrients in the gut.

Also, supergreen foods that contain spirulina and chlorella are good sources of protein and also good immune boosters/cancer fighters. Plus, from what you described, you may have wonderful source of nutrition already: organic goats milk! I love it. And you probably know this, but for better tasting goats milk, keep the female and male goats seperated.

Fermented organic soy products such as natto, miso and tempeh are good sources of protein. Do NOT take unfermented and non organic soy products!

Fish oil may help significantly. A 2008 study conducted in the UK shows that fish oil could eventually become a standard of cancer care in addressing Cachexia

Now, some obervations and suggestions about your present protocol. I like what you are doing, but if I were you I would also:

Add blackseed oil (Nigella sativa), a proven pancreatic cancer fighter as well as digestive enzymes (another proven pancreatic cancer fighter) which contain chymotrypsin and serrapeptase. The normal doseage of blackseed oil is 1 tsp per day, but that can be increased to a tablespoon or more (preferably under the guidance of a qualified naturopathic professional).

Increase your oleander intake if at all possible - perhaps dividing it up into multiple smaller doses throughout the day.

Up your turmeric/curcumin to 3000 mg per day.

Take up to 5000 mg per day of Vitamin D3, depending on how much daily sunshine you get.

Take an ounce or more of colloidal silver daily.

Take plenty of iodine (50 to 100 mg or more) daily and add the important co-factor selenium. The best form of selenium to use when fighting cancer is methylselenocysteine.

Take a superior whole food derived vitamin, mineral and nutritional essentials product - such as IntraMAX, which contains no less than 415 essential nutrients.

Do as many of the other items and suggestions in my natural anti-cancer protocol as you can:

Be sure to pay particular attention to the advice on keeping your liver cleansed, protected and regenerated and your bile ducts open and flowing so that you can process the toxins released from dying cancer cells.

I too am anxious to see Tracy tell us what other items her father-in-law has been taking and doing.
