I am planning to buy some coconut oil from mountainroseherbs. They also have black cumin seed oil. Is it the same good quality as you recommended? If Mountain Rose carries it I would have to believe it is a good quality item, as they are known for that. As far as other items, it really depends on what you are looking for. They have great bulk herbs and their extracts are also supposed to be quite good. I may be ordering some cayenne extract from them myself in the next day or so, which is one item that can be good for pain and many other things as well.

I may have something better for you regarding pain though. Stay tuned!
