Sutherlandia OPC is fantastic. This new product, made by the same folks, is even more potent and should be especially useful against advanced and more aggressive cancers. If someone is already having the desired success I see no reason to switch, other than perhaps faster shipping considerations, but one thing we have noticed is that some of the most difficult cancers respond better to a dose that is higher than what had previously been recommended (and some folks who are able to tolerate it are now taking up to 5 capsules of the S/OPC twice a day for such cancers).

I agree with you completely that the best way to beat cancer is to avoid it in the first place and your suggestions are very good ones. I would say that plenty of Vitamin D3 is an essential too.

Marc can probably best answer your question, since it is he who devised it and the company that makes his S/OPC which makes it, but I believe the answer will be along the lines of "the same as S/OPC except with no Sutherlandia Frutescens and 33% more oleander".

Doseage recommendations are the same - though it might take a bit less for some situations and possibly might be a bit harder to tolerate for some at the very highest doseage levels of 3-5 capsules twice a day and/or take a bit longer to work up to those amounts.

The product you offered is just fine. Awesome in fact. You got the exact same oleander extract (just 33% less per capsule) plus 20% Sutherlandia Frutescens. I suggest that you work your way up to the maximum suggested doseage of 3 capsules twice per day (or two capsules three times per day) and, if you have not gotten quite the response you want, try increasing to 5 capsules twice a day.

On subsequent orders, you may want to opt for the new product - or, when you supply gets low you may want to order some of the new product and divide the doses up where you are taking both.

from my experience of the last 7 years,I have no doubt that the effectiveness of the oleander is dosage dependent. I therefore suggest that the dosage for the new higher potency formulation remains the same as for the Sutherlandia OPC. The new capsules that are available at Utopia Silver and, at this stage, on my site only in the 1000 capsule bags, contain only oleander powder and NO Sutherlandia Frutescens.

DUH, I just read Marcs reply, but the issue im having is, Reid uses the liquid so how would I equate that into the pill form?  I dont think he has been getting enough since school started, he is only getting 10 ml per day bcause he can't take it at school.  I personally think he needs to be on a higher dose as he has brain cancer that tends to be a more agressive type of tumor.  With this new formulation im hoping he gets more of the oleander than he has been.  We have to mix the liquid with quite a bit of juice just for him to get it down, and that is only the 5 ml 2x a day.  If i were to ive him 15 ml a day he would be juiced logged!  :-)  anywho ill appreciate any advice! Thanks
