Guest guest
Your Healthcare Is in Jeopardy — Protect Yourself Part 1 of 3-Part Series by Doctor Russell Blaylock If you think there are problems with the current state of healthcare, just wait until you see what your government has in store for you. President Obama is pushing national health insurance, which is a euphemism for socialized medicine. With this in mind, I felt I should do a series of newsletters on how to survive (literally) a socialized system. I have studied socialized medical care systems for over 30 years, and I have come to several conclusions about these systems and their implications, which I will share with you. One of the key aspects of these systems is rationing. Since such plans are extremely expensive, no one can possibly believe that these plans can pay for themselves — Medicare and Medicaid should have settled that issue long ago — care will have to be rationed because of the staggering costs. I can clearly remember when Medicare and Medicaid were first proposed. Those selling the programs, along with the usual tearful pleas for a humane understanding, promised that the programs would pay for themselves, and they would help control the rising costs of medical care. People were also assured that the quality of care would be better than ever. The cost of both Medicare and Medicaid began to escalate immediately upon implementation and has grown exponentially ever since.
