Thanks you for bringing me up to date. I understand the pain you mentioned, but regarding my pain I never know if it is the lymes, fibro or both combined. I also experience depression mostly from watching my husband deteriorate. I will not use conventional medicine for myself as a rule, but am occupied with my husband and don't take proper care of myself.. I do have my husband on Oleander from Marc and as many products as I am able to get down him in a day. It is not easy as he is a laryngectomee in addition to everything else as that is where his cancer began and this sometimes causes him swallowing issues so a lot of supplements are not easy to get him to take. I am anxious to know the results of the Vibrational Safflower and having it available through Utopia Silver. I read most posts and learn a lot from the knowledgeable people in the group, but don't participate as I am pre-occupied and overwhelmed with caregiving. Thanks to everyone in this group who offer so much valuable information. Marva

Hi Marva,

We are going to receive sample bottles and test them out ourselves and if they work, we are going to arrange for Utopia Silver to carry them. Stay tuned.........

By the way, with regard to Fibromyalgia. I used to suffer greatly from this. Back in 2005 it took great effort for me to climb two steps to get into my house. I was in constant pain, slept a lot during the day, but also suffered from insomnia, and depression was involved. Well, I found natural health and changed my diet. I also started taking oleander and colloidal silver and I attribute these two supplements for getting rid of my fibromyalgia. Seriously, it's gone. I have no pain, I can sit on the floor and jump up again. When life gets "tough" however, I still have a problem with anxiety attacks and depression, but I think that's just an emotional glitch that I need to work on.

Hugs,

,

For these attacks of yours.

Practice your EFT.

Greatly increase your absorbable vitamin B's.

AND..............

Take a look at the BACH Flower Remedy list and see what one fits your symptoms.

And always find humor in your life.

There, you are OK!

Hi Rich,

EFT has gotten me through a few tough spots but you are right, I need to practice it daily. And thank you for the Bach Flower Remedy recommendation. You are the second person that has suggested this to me in the last week.

And yes........ it is very important to laugh.

Lu,

BACH remedies have helped me, my friends

and few dogs and cats along the way!

I also recommend that you find a nice quiet place to lay down.

Breath from the abdomen...slowly.

Start to release all of your present thoughts.

And go to a place, in your mind, where you feel totally safe.

Like the beach, or the mountains, etc.

One of my clients actually liked being in the subway!

You really want to feel where you are mentally.

Smell the air, feel the sand under your feet.

Hear the waves coming ashore.

Hear the birds.

Then mentally pick up a shell. ( if you are on the beach)

Hold it close and bless everything in your past.

Everything good, everything bad and everyone who has been in your life.

Then toss the shell far out into the water and release it all.

You can do whatever your wish with this exercise, but the act of release will clear more then you would ever realize.

This self hypnosis technique has been around for many moons.

I learned it from Wilfred Proudfoot in England.

Let me know how you do. I can also call and talk you through it.

Hugggg

Rich
