Are these Saccharomyces yeasts okay for cancer patients? (Off Topic)

Hello folks.

 

Would you be so kind as to help me with a couple questions?:

 

Is there any reason that Saccharomyces cerevisiae (as nutritional yeast) and/or Saccharomyces boulardii (another type of yeast in supplements and Kombucha) would be contra-indicated for cancer?

 

Is there likely any negative/counterproductive effect on the immune system or on cancer cell mitosis/replication, for any reason?

 

Any insights?
