Oleander supplements NOT illegal in US

In general, the FDA does not regulate herbal supplements so long as there are no specific health benefits claimed for the product. For that reason you will see the OPC 100 caps listed as an "immune support" product, with no reputed specific health benefits listed.

At one time, the American Cancer Society's information page for oleander, though extremely mainstream and unsupportive as it is to any alternative to mainstream approved drugs and therapies, specifically stated that supplements containing oleander were not regulated due to the reasons stated above. I note that such information has been deleted, more than likely as a result of those who control and influence the ACS not wanting that information to be known, and they have added some additional warnings - all based on the raw plant's toxicity and improperly prepared oleander tea type extracts - but there nevertheless is no information whatsoever about it being illegal in supplement form, and you can rest assured that if such were the case it would be boldly displayed!

While the FDA has denied applications for products seeking FDA approval which contain oleander, it has not made the supplements illegal and thus there have been no problems with he importation of Suthrelandia OPC supplements. I might also add that the FDA regularly allows the patented medicine Anvirzel to be imported to the US for use as a stand alone or CAM medicine, though not as a supplement but rather via FDA exception rules.
