Pain in the tumor area

I started the oleander one week ago today and woke with some pain in the tumor

area in my right lung. Not having had pain there before and not wanted to panic

thinking it is active again and growing, I wonder if anyone has had similar

experience with oleander? (I had radiation to that lung back in March and the

scans showed signigicant shrinkage)

Many Thanks,

Cheryl

Hi Cheryl,Don't panic! I have had a similar experience with Oleander. I have that same kind of pain in the area where my Liposarcoma was hurting me prior to surgery. I also had it when I was doing Cesium earlier this year and I especially had it when I was doing 6 Oleander a day plus 100mg of Iodine last month. I really do believe it is Oleander affecting the cancer cells. I must say however that I have felt a lot less discomfort since my amalgam was removed a week ago. I know Tony has mentioned in a previous post that some Oleander users get this kind of feeling where their tumor is/was.I have also noticed a dramatic difference in my hair. It used to be very fine. It is now thick, although I still don't have much of it. I also have a second row of fringe (bangs) growing which looks really comical

- but it is an outward visualization for me that Oleander is really building my system up again. I guess that makes me think my tumor is not growing back, but the cancer cells that are being produced are being nuked as my body is regenerating itself. Hope this helps and a few others also chime in here.Eva

Radiation usually shrinks tumors alright, but it seldom eliminates them - instead leaving behind the most resistant cancer cells which ultimately begin to multiply and grow the tumor again. Radiation also destroys your blood marrow, which is a vital part of your immune system and makes it easier for any remaining cancer, or new cancer, to more quickly overpower your immune system.

Oleander, on the other hand, not only fights and eliminates cancers in most instances, it also helps rebuild and boost your immune system - which is your natural first line of defense against cancer and other illness.

Pain in the tumor area is common and it is usually a sign that the oleander is beginning to work and go to war against your tumor. I consider that a very positive sign.

Cheryl -

In the vast majority of incidences the pain does lessen, usually to the point of being much less than before starting oleander, and in time it should go away completely. Many people do feel pain relief almost immediately along with increased energy and other benefits. With others, the pain relief and other benefits can take longer. And the same is true of tumor growth, shrinkage and elimination.

It is really impossible to predict a time frame or whether or not the pain will perhaps even increase somewhat further before beginning to diminish or start diminishing very quickly. It just depends too much on the nature, size and location of the tumor.

Just remember, the cancer tumor is not a foreign and disconnected object that somehow appeared inside your body - it grew from your body's cells and is a part of your body for now. And when you kill off and remove body parts, there often may be pain during the process. On the other hand, if there is already pain, there may be a quicker sense of relief.

Again, I generally regard pain at the tumor site as a positive indication.

All the best,
