Guest guest
I have to agree with Janet on this one. There are way too many different products out there calling themselves Essiac Tea, and trying to determine exactly what was in the original recipe is difficult if not impossible. Most claim theirs is the original recipe of a first cousin to it, and it is all very costly. So you know I'm not just throwing about an unfounded opinion, we (dh & I) tried the Flor-Essence tea for a couple of months and found it to be a bit weak. We then ordered some herbs and brewed our own according to all the instructions. While it is highly touted as the cure, I found it was a waste of time, effort and funds, with the added benefit of making me feel like a sick patient. hth, Rachel
Guest guest
Thank you. I must say I asked about the liquid tea because it sounded like so much trouble to make it from scratch. As for feeling like a "sick patient," I think this problem too needs to be addressed. In my opinion, we can get overwhelmed with therapies and that can drag us down in the spirit. And we need to treat the whole man. Thanks much for the insightful post.
