Guest guest
Hi Everyone,I just got back from Melbourne with my husband and I finally had all of my Amalgam removed. YAY :-) I have noticed that the aches and pains in my left upper quadrant have calmed down significantly. Time will tell if it is all related This time I went to a holistic dentist who is the head of the holistic dentist association here in Australia! Fantastic decision on my part and what a difference it makes! I have felt tired today, but not run over by a steam-roller like I have in the past when going to a regular dentist. On the first day (I spent 2 days on the dentist chair) I suddenly realized that I didn't have a clue about what to do re my pain management. We dashed off to the health store and I found Arnica! I am sure there is something more appropriate, however it had to do. When I finally got home I was tender and slightly achey and wondered how I was going to sleep.. I decided to do a coffee enema at that late time of evening. Lo and behold, my aches and pains were suddenly gone just like that! I slept like a baby!!!I also wanted to share something that happened whilst the dentist was looking at replacing a crown I had done a few years ago in the US. When the crown was initially fitted, it was a very difficult procedure. the lower left portion of my mouth is hard to anesthetize which made the whole experience quite horrible really and I have had problems with it ever since. Now 4 years on, my dentist suggested the crown should be redone as it just didn't look right. I was prepared that it might be hard to numb the area - it was. I wasn't enjoying myself, however I was totally unprepared for what came next. Once the old crown came off and my dentist started cleaning the area, I started crying. I was so consciously aware that I was emotionally transplanted to 4 years ago when I had made very pronounced judgements as well as fed on all the negative energy from well-meaning friends against my previous dentist. Initially I had no idea why I would be crying, so I just asked God to show me. Now I suddenly had this overwhelming burden to forgive my previous dentist, which I did. Then I prayed and asked God to forgive me and cleanse out any remaining toxic emotion that was so obviously "stored" in that crown. I then felt peace. I find it so totally amazing that our bodies just don't forget. I am very grateful this happenend. The crown is also on the side of where my sarcoma was. I know it wasn't a causative factor, but it certainly didn't help my cause from an emotional and infection point of view. Just wanted to share - this journey is nothing if not fascinating. I keep using this word as it gives me the emotional energy to keep on keeping on :-)Have a blessed weekend everyone,Eva.
Guest guest
Hi Eva. i'm so glad you share your trip to the dentist with us, i've been thinking to go and do the Amalgam removed in my mouth but first i'm scared of the pain, second i dont know any doctor doing this in my area, and third the price scared me more. But still i will like to have your Dentist name and andress and if you dont mind the price you paid for how many teeth, so i can do something about it, i am in Melbourne. Guest guest
Hi Mary,Thanks for your lovely email. Actually, my dentist is closer to you than to me. I have to fly in to Melbourne from Tassie to see him! His name is Dr Roman Lohyn and his practice is at 175 Collins Street CBD - Kurrajong House on the 8th floor. http://www.amalgam-free-dentistry-melbourne.com.au/meet-dr-roman-lohyn.phpHe is really great and knows his stuff! I did not have any issues post mercury removal like I have had in the past with other dentists. First visit is about $166 - my husband just saw Roman for the first time this week, too. I had about 8 teeth to be done plus a crown.. That came to just under $6K because I opted for some Cerek (long-life) fillings. If you get the regular medium-term (non-Amalgam) fillings the cost will be thousands cheaper. On your first visit Roman checks out what needs to be done and then his office manager Teena contacts you a few weeks later to work out a treatment plan. No pressure at all from anyone! I am really impressed! Roman also is happy to answer any questions you have and always took the fact that I had cancer into account with anything he did for me. The price factor was a real turn-off for me, too. I went because I knew I had to. We opted to do their CareCredit payment plan where you can pay off the amount interest free over one year. And we get to claim some of it back from our Private Health Insurance. My husband is anti-Credit for most things, but this seems to be a good solution. It allows me to free up money to keep buying my other much needed supplements. Hope this helps! Have a great weekend, too.Blessings, Eva
